CBD oil has become more and more popular, with people using it for pain relief and other treatments. Scientifically known as cannabidiol oil, it was legalized in Oklahoma in 2015 through “Katie’s Law,” as a way to help children with seizures.
Since then, the law has been modified to now allow retail sales of CBD oil products here in the Sooner state. And with the recent passage of state question 788, it has some wondering how it differs from medical marijuana?
