Last episode we told you we would share with you a simple recipe for natural CBD gummies. This recipe can be tweaked here and there to your own preferences in taste, texture and sweetness.
Our first batch had only 3 ingredients, with no added sweeteners and was fridge set in 30 mins. In our second recipe we added some coconut syrup and coconut sugar, and used apple juice instead of lemon juice. These ones didn’t set as well in the fridge, so we left them out for 48 hours and their consistency was a lot better! This just goes to show you can play around with this recipe, and adjusted to your tastebuds.
We used 250mg of 99% CBD crystals in this recipe, making the strength of each gummy around 45mg, which is around the strength of one 1500mg capsule (50mg of CBD) You can add more or less crystals, depending on how strong you want your candies to be.
